Welcome to Meditation Circle.
Meditation Circle’s mission is to provide supportive resources and personalized experiences to cultivate a daily meditation practice, ultimately improving overall mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well being. Meditation Circle is dedicated to fostering holistic wellness and self-discovery through meditation and breathwork practices. We aim to inspire and facilitate rest, healing, and self liberation for individuals and communities through compassion, intention, and deep presence.
Carli Michelle has been on a meditation journey since Autumn 2018. Meditation has not only been a rewarding practice, but also a lifesaving medicine.
Carli Michelle has always had a hunger for freedom and advocacy. This passion would eventually lead to Carli obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. Following law school, Carli began her career as an attorney, practicing law at one of the largest international firms in the world. After a year in “Big Law” Carli moved to a boutique firm, but has ultimately transitioned out of her role as a practicing attorney and into a wellness practitioner.
While pursuing her legal studies, Carli began using meditation as a tool for focus, and discovered it to be both a rewarding practice, but also a lifesaving medicine. Remember Carli’s hunger for freedom and advocacy? She found that meditation, breathwork, and other wellness practices satiated that deep sense of self-liberation and support she has always craved. Carli had her first suicidal thought around the age of 10; by the age of 15, it was revealed that she was suffering from depression. Over the next decade, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and sexual trauma ruled much of her life thus influencing how she interacted with people, how she responded to situations, and how she thought about herself. In November of 2018 (at age 27), Carli Michelle committed to a daily meditation practice, and watched life transform before her eyes. She no longer suffers from depression and anxiety, she is able to manage her stress levels, she loves herself infinitely more, her focus has increased, and her self awareness has grown exponentially. She owes it all to her daily meditation and wellness practices.
Carli has discovered her purpose is to inspire wellness, rest, and healing. As a meditation and breathwork guide, Carli centers compassion, intention, and deep presence. She is trained in the Fundamentals of Breath Work with Sara Silverstein, Integrative Energy Healing with Millana Snow (200 hours of training and immersion in energy healing and breath work), and as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance. She has provided guided meditation and breathwork experiences for individuals, intimate groups settings, and in corporate spaces.
Our present society does not encourage transformational inner-healing, deep presence, stress relief, nor becoming our most authentic versions of self. Carli Michelle and Meditation Circle are here to change that narrative. Through Meditation Circle, Carli Michelle will inspire others to live their most authentic and wildest dreams by guiding people through the process of transforming their pain, shame, and traumas into their own personal version of Eden, both internally and externally. (If you are unfamiliar, in the Judeo-Christian tradition, the Garden of Eden was inhabited by Adam and Eve, and was a place of abundance, harmony, beauty, overflow, joy, and love. The word eden means, “a place of pristine or abundant natural beauty.”)
We invite you to join Meditation Circle and cultivate your personal meditation journey.
Inhale. Exhale. Take it easy.
